He started a band called Funky Organizers with his brother Bram ’t Hart. They toured around venues and festivals in Europe and supported for the Eart Wind and Fire experience, working with well known Dutch Saxofonist Hans Dulfer.
In 2013 Willem started playing the Hammond organ at the conservatory of Rotterdam (Codarts) with teacher and personal coach Carlo de Wijs. Berthil Bustra and Ronald Kool trained him developing sounddesign skills and improvising.
One year later in 2014 Willem got scouted by Amsterdam based model agency Max Models. He worked with brands like Prada, Gucci, Dries van Nooten and Raf Simons. He did shoots for Vogue, Wallpaper, Dazed, GQ and the New York Times with names like Mario Testino, Willy van der Perre and Coco Capitån.
